NO face paint, party poppers, pens/markers/crayons/silly string/colored streamers are allowed on or near the inflatable. The lawn should be moved near the bounce house after it has been set up. No sharp objects!
If it rains on the day of your event, you can reschedule for a different date or refund the full deposit back to your card!
It is not recommended to set up under any tree. Things to consider: "Do branches frequently break off and fall?" "Is your tree releasing any type of sap on the day of your event?." All of these scenarios and more should be considered when deciding where to set up an inflatable.
All inflatables must be installed on a smooth, flat surface. This includes most indoor surfaces. Outdoor surfaces include flat pavement, grass, or decks. Inflatables cannot be installed on sand or rough surfaces that may puncture our products. 15 ft high ceiling required for indoor installations for our larger bounce houses.
